I purchased this set of books at the book launch out at The Base. My son turned 4 in February, and he pretty much chose them as a 3 yr old he saw them and asked me to read them to him - he took a liking to them immediately (which led to my future purchase). I have found they have helped him overcome his fears - which was first the dentist. But after reading the 'Sophie's first visit to the Dentist' book, he went to the dentist this time with no worries at all, even when at his time, he cried none stop, and was very afraid. This time he was happy, and talked about his "doctor" (the dentist) for weeks after. The most recent problem the books have helped with was toilet training him to do poo in the toilet (not his nappy)! He was afraid to do it in the toilet so I read the book 'Sophie and Mason learn to use the Loo' and he literally went running to give it a go himself! Olivia absolutely loves her set of books. She gets them out every night from there bag to read before bed. We have to read all 5 before she will go to sleep. Very happy with them. I will defiantly be getting some for gifts.( Larissa Rodgers)
